As the proud owner of City Heating And Cooling, a woman-owned company, she has carved out an impressive niche in a traditionally male-dominated field. Tonya is also a dedicated wife and mother, with a deep love for her family and fur babies. Tonya's journey in the industry began in 2006 when she moved to Arizona to start her career. Over the years, she developed her skills and knowledge, eventually rising in the ranks to become a highly respected figure in the field. Her unwavering commitment to quality and customer satisfaction have set her apart from her competitors, and her business is thriving. Sadly, Tonya's mother passed away in 2018, but she remains a powerful inspiration to Tonya to this day. She honors her memory by continuing to build a successful business and making her mother proud. With Tonya at the helm, there's no doubt that her company will continue to grow and thrive for years to come.
Chris Eaton
Chris Eaton is an accomplished operations manager bringing years of experience and expertise to our woman-owned family-operated heating and cooling company. Chris was born and raised in Tucson Az. He is what some would call a true workaholic. Chris is a hard worker and takes pride in what he does. Beyond his professional success, Chris is a devoted family man. When he is not leading the Team at City Heating And Cooling, He cherishes spending time with his wife and kids. Chris finds enjoyment in his passions for riding his Polaris side by side, playing with his fur babies Baxter the Great Dane and Bailey the Shih tzu and of course his feather friend Bob the Blue and Gold macaw.
Chris's ability to juggle his responsibilities at work and at home is a testament to his strength and dedication as a leader and family man. We are beyond blessed to have Chris lead our team!

JACOB SCOTT
Jacob is a valued member of our team who brings positive vibes and respectful service to everyone he interacts with. Outside of work, Jacob is a devoted family man, spending quality time with his wife and three daughters. He enjoys the thrills of outdoor activities, specifically following NASCAR races. Jacob's passion for adventure is reflected in his work where he approaches every challenge with courage and determination, serving as an inspiration to the rest of the Team. Sean Williams is a proud Arizona native, born and raised in the state. He served his country in the Navy, demonstrating dedication and resilience. When he's not hard at work serving clients of City Heating And Cooling he can be found tinkering with his hot rod project truck or cruising on his Harley. Sean enjoys spending quality time with his amazing family: His beautiful wife and their two daughters. Sean has a soft spot for his furry companions; Tank, Daisy and Chase, his loyal dogs who bring him joy with their playful energy.
