Tonya is also a dedicated wife and mother, with a deep love for her family and fur babies. Tonya's journey in the industry began in 2006 when she moved to Arizona to start her career. Over the years, she developed her skills and knowledge, eventually rising in the ranks to become a highly respected figure in the field. Her unwavering commitment to quality and customer satisfaction have set her apart from her competitors, and her business is thriving. Sadly, Tonya's mother passed away in 2018, but she remains a powerful inspiration to Tonya to this day. She honors her memory by continuing to build a successful business and making her mother proud. Chris Eaton is an accomplished operations manager bringing years of experience and expertise to our woman-owned heating and cooling company. Chris was born and raised in Tucson Az. He is what some would call a true workaholic. Chris is a hard worker and takes pride in what he does. When he's not busy running operations, Chris loves spending time with his wife and kids, as well as indulging his passions for quadding and dirt biking. His ability to juggle his responsibilities at work and at home is a testament to his strength and dedication as a leader and family man.
JACOB SCOTT
Jacob is a valued member of our team who brings positive vibes and respectful service to everyone he interacts with. Outside of work, Jacob is a devoted family man, spending quality time with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys the thrills of outdoor activities, specifically following NASCAR races. Jacob's passion for adventure is reflected in his work where he approaches every challenge with courage and determination, serving as an inspiration to the rest of the Team. As a mother of two lovely girls and expecting another baby girl soon, she always keeps her family as her top priority in life. Having worked in different roles and industries over the years, Brionna brings a wealth of experience to her current position. She is an effective communicator, an active listener, and always goes above and beyond to deliver outstanding results on projects that she's involved in. She has a passion for her fur-babies as well and her 6 clucking feather-babies.
