Our unit made a horrible noise one evening when we were home watching TV. I had jus seen a CiTy Heating and Cooling truck that same day. I have had several other companies out in the past and they wanted to take every penny I had to my name. I had never tried CiTy before so i thought Id give them a call. From the moment I spoke to the women on the phone till the call was complete and Technician Chris shook my hand I was in complete shock. Upon there arrival Chris completely checked over my unit and even my Thermostat wires. Come to find out my motor bracket broke off. Chris had a new one on his truck and our issue was fixed in less than an hour. You can feel the Respect everyone working has for one another and for there Clients. I will never call anyone else. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for Tonya W/ CiTy Air Conditioning And Heating! First I’d like to say Congratulations on the only women owned HVAC company in Tucson that I know of! I was in tears when we finished our call Monday morning. My AC went out Saturday and my elderly Father, with stage 4 terminal cancer is in my 85 plus degree house; Ive been worried sick. Tonya had a technician (Ray) at my house within a few hours, to help get our AC issues resolved within 24 hours we had a brand new unit installed which was to be expected since ours was 19 years old. This company just earned a customer and referral source for life!! Great service and genuine care for our situation. Thank you, Ray, Chris and Tonya! You are awesome!!!

My experience was exceptional and top notch! I had a complete install and everything was explained from beginning to end leaving no questions to be asked. The install went as smooth as could be leaving my home nice and cold. I have used different services in my home before but the clean up from this company was amazing and important to me. The up most respect for this company and its customer service is beyond great it's spectacular the service technician David went above and beyond. Explaining the issues of my A/C unit it started to rain and he put the panels back together. He waited until the rain passed and got back to work instead of calling it a day he was trouble shooting every possible scenario. I talked to the owner of the company she was every prompt and knowledgeable too get my issues resolved and very compassionate and understanding. This company takes pride in their work and employees i will most definitely refer every person I know to this coming locally owned and woman operated hat's off too CITY HEATING AND COOLING 👍👍👍👍Stay blessed enjoy the journey not the destination ✨️
